HISTORY

Kwon Jin Lee arrives in Argentina with only 4 years, hand in hand with his family, a native of South Korea. After living for a while in Buenos Aires, he arrived in Comodoro Rivadavia, where he lives more than 35 years ago.

In 1989 he graduated with honors from Perito Moreno High School. From a very young age he accompanied the work of his parents, who forged in him the values of effort and commitment to the community. Then he begins to venture into his own projects, thus making a long experience in the city, a place he chose to live, work and invest.

Currently, he is an outstanding entrepreneur and a reference, advocating constant innovation, good taste and social responsibility.

This permanent evolution and the growth of its businesses are based on its marked leadership, discipline and vision of the future.

The formation of work teams as a cornerstone in any company

Create and have a good human team, work in an orderly and optimized with the group and that team has a high level of performance and productivity is a fundamental point in the development of all entrepreneurship.

From my personal experience, having a great work team was always fundamental for a business to work, knowing how to delegate and betting on the talent of each of the members is one of the keys to every successful endeavor.

As we make large investments in infrastructure or equipment we never have to leave aside the investment in the human team, training, coaching are valid tools for the development of each member.

Discipline, order and deadlines are the keys to manage our time in the best way

Being disciplined, making lists, setting deadlines and rethinking the issues that are important are part of an effective and simple method for the day to perform in an organized and productive manner.

I work daily in the direction of different projects, discipline and order are my favorite tools, both the order of what concerns my things, my work space as well as my ideas and my thoughts.

It is fundamental to prioritize, because not everything has the same importance. Of course we must attend to the most urgent and important, but we must also give a key to the essential, what we like and do us well.
